Surgeries and story helps (oh, and i'm back xD)

Ok, so last fall i had knee surgery to correct a fractured miniscus (i knuw, i'm sorry i never told you guys, but i wasn't using DA as of then), and next week i'm getting surgery again to get my wisdom toofs removed Dx

I have an irrational fear of needles and nearly faint at the sight of one, the doctor's giving my a special pill to help calm me down but i dunno if it'll work =/

any advice (besides not thinking about it, cos that NEVER works) as to how i can calm my nerves before i have the surgery?

OH!

I have started like 3 new stories and need some advice

I have everything planned out in my head, every word, every detail, all the important things any good story needs... I can even translate it into third or first person, but one porblem stands in my way... THAT'S ALL IN MY HEAD DX
I can never get my ideas down right on paper, the only time i can is when i'm dead tired, i've even fallen asleep writing cos it's the best time i write because i write it just as it is in my head.
Does anyone out there have advice on how to get my stories from my head to my paper??
